What makes 2SOLID’s story powerful is the reality behind it. His journey has been marked by unimaginable pain and life-altering challenges that could have easily broken him. Within one devastating season, he lost his mother, battled COVID-19, survived a horrific head-on collision that left him hanging halfway off a bridge, endured two surgeries, and faced a long recovery filled with isolation, anxiety, double vision, and the inability to walk. Yet through every setback, he leaned deeper into his faith. Being kicked out of my house at 17 forced me to grow up faster than I ever expected, teaching me how to survive on my own, stay focused through adversity, and turn pain into motivation that now fuels both my personal growth and my music career.
Rather than allowing tragedy to define him, 2SOLID used those experiences as fuel for transformation. He describes himself as a “living testimony,” believing the music he creates is led by the Holy Spirit. That spiritual foundation is what separates him from many artists in today’s culture. His mission is clear: spread love, unity, healing, and the message of Jesus Christ.
Inspired by Matthew 6:33 — “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you” — 2SOLID approaches his artistry with purpose over popularity. Every song is meant to uplift people who may be struggling with grief, fear, depression, or hopelessness. His goal is to remind listeners that even in life’s darkest moments, God can still restore, rebuild, and strengthen.
Now stronger and wiser after surviving some of the toughest moments of his life, 2SOLID is channeling his testimony into new music. He is currently promoting his latest single, “Keep the Joy,” while preparing for the release of his upcoming project, Love Breaks Hate Jesus Is Love. The project promises to reflect both the pain he endured and the faith that carried him through it.
