A woman moving into his apartment complex noticed his broken state and invited him to church. There, a pastor shared the Gospel with him clearly and personally—explaining who Jesus is and why His sacrifice mattered. That moment marked the beginning of a complete transformation. Since that turning point, Requan318 has devoted his life to service, ministry, and truth. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry, followed by a Master’s degree in Church Planting, and now pastors a small church in Boston. Yet even as he stepped fully into ministry, his love for hip-hop never faded. Instead, it was redeemed.

That redemption became the foundation for Haven Records, a Christian hip-hop label founded by Requan318 with a clear mission: to introduce the world to Jesus Christ and the hope found in Him. Through music, he seeks to challenge false ideas of manhood and replace them with a message centered on service, humility, love, and obedience to God.
