Inspired by Family, Built Through Brotherhood
Richy Rax’s passion for music began at just six years old after watching his oldest brother pursue rap. That early inspiration planted the seed for what would become a lifelong pursuit. By the age of 11, he had formed a rap group alongside close friends who eventually became like family, including Prosper Benjamin, Vizionary Zay, Chris “Chief,” and others. Together, they sharpened each other’s skills while sharing the same dream of making an impact through music.
Building Meaningful Connections
At 16, while attending summer school, Richy met producer J Cardim, a relationship that would help shape his artistic journey. Over time, he also connected with G Eyes, France the Mayor, and several others who became more than collaborators—they became brothers. Those relationships were built on loyalty, mutual respect, and a shared dedication to creating authentic music.

It’s a motivating milestone that continues to push me to work harder and keep building my career.
Overcoming Life’s Greatest Challenges
Richy Rax’s story extends far beyond music. Throughout his life, he has lost more than 100 pounds, overcome diabetes, beaten asthma, and eliminated the pollen allergies that once affected him. Each obstacle strengthened his mindset and reinforced his belief that persistence, combined with faith in God, can overcome even the toughest circumstances.
His message is simple but powerful: no matter how difficult life becomes, never give up on what you truly love.
Finding a New Sound
As an artist, Richy continues to challenge himself creatively. One of his biggest goals is mastering the transition from being known primarily as a lyricist to creating music that balances strong lyricism with memorable melodies. By combining technical rap ability with musical songwriting, he hopes to continue growing into a more complete artist.
